About Robert

Robert Gray is the Vice President and Co-Founder of HRJ Gray Financial Inc., where he leads the firm’s investment advisory operations across Nevada, California, Arizona, and Texas. Licensed with a Series 65 and holding life and health insurance credentials, Robert provides strategic financial guidance to small business owners, educators, and middle-income families, helping them build lasting wealth through retirement planning, risk management, and tailored investment strategies. 

Before entering the financial services industry in 2014, Robert spent more than two decades as a successful contractor and business owner. His firsthand experience in entrepreneurship fuels his practical, solution-oriented approach when guiding clients through complex financial decisions. At HRJ Gray Financial, he is instrumental in driving business development, expanding multi-state operations, and delivering client-first service rooted in trust and transparency. 

Known for his clear communication, follow-through, and genuine care for his clients, Robert builds long-term relationships through consistent check-ins and personalized financial strategies aligned with each client’s life stage and goals. 

Outside of the office, Robert is a dedicated family man, amazing husband, proud father, and committed community leader. Together with his wife and business partner, Hawley, he has two sons: Adrian, their 24-year-old nephew whom they raised and who now has a family of his own with his wife, Wendi, and their two sons, Matthew and Miguel; and Jackson, their 12-year-old son who keeps Robert on his toes with sports schedules and their shared passion for classic rock and roll. 

Robert also serves on the board of directors for his church, volunteers at local food and homeless shelters, and supports causes close to his heart—including The Finley Project, which supports grieving mothers. He was recently appointed to the board of a nonprofit that provides second-chance employment opportunities for parolees through post-construction cleaning services.
