About Melody

As our team’s Onboarding and Business Operations Manager, Melody helps ensure that all operations and client service run smoothly. Whether setting up new client accounts, overseeing account transfers, helping a client with their account portal, or more, Melody remains diligent and attentive in her support. She joined our team after working in the retail industry, an experience that helped her hone her client-service skills. Today, Melody appreciates the opportunity work in a positive environment that helps our team and our clients soar.

Melody graduated high school with IB Honors, National Honor’s Society recognition, and a Cum Laude GPA. She also studied Literature with a focus in Writing and a minor in Fine Art at Marymount College. In her free time, she makes music as a vocalist, songwriter, producer, guitarist, and pianist. She also enjoys traveling, gaming, and attending concerts.
