About Connie

Connie De Vera brings a unique blend of corporate experience, human connection, and financial acumen to her role as a financial advisor. With over two decades in Corporate Human Resources, including seven years within the financial services industry, Connie has spent her career helping people navigate complex decisions. Now, she applies the same consultative approach to working one-on-one with individuals and families to build thoughtful financial strategies. 

Connie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and a master’s degree in industrial psychology from New York University. She is a Registered Representative with the required securities licenses and holds life insurance licenses in several states. Her background in compensation strategy has made her an expert in analysis, communication, and client service, skills that seamlessly translate into wealth management. 

Currently serving as a Principal Compensation Analyst for a financial services company, Connie helps design and implement compensation programs for employees at all levels. Her experience working with professionals from entry-level staff to executives has given her a strong foundation for understanding the needs and goals of diverse clients. 

Clients working with Connie can expect detailed planning, careful analysis, and a sincere desire to do what’s best for their long-term success. She builds relationships rooted in trust and empathy, balancing technical expertise with the ability to listen, adapt, and guide. Known for being genuine, honest, and relatable, Connie is committed to offering a high level of care in every client interaction. 

Outside of work, Connie enjoys spending quality time with her family, whether watching movies, traveling, or window shopping together. She also loves dancing, singing, and playing tennis. Deeply involved in her parish, she serves in several ministries including music, lectoring, faith formation, and her church’s Filipino community group. Guided by her faith and belief in Divine Providence, Connie approaches her work with patience, purpose, and commitment to serve with integrity.
