With over two decades in Corporate Human Resources, including seven years within the financial services industry, Connie has spent her career helping people navigate complex decisions. Connie holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and a master’s degree in industrial psychology from New York University. She is a Registered Representative with the required securities licenses and holds life insurance licenses in several states. Her background in compensation strategy has made her an expert in analysis, communication, and client service, skills that seamlessly translate into wealth management.Â
Currently serving as a Principal Compensation Analyst for a financial services company, Connie helps design and implement compensation programs for employees at all levels. Her experience working with professionals from entry-level staff to executives has given her a strong foundation for understanding the needs and goals of diverse clients.Â
