As Client Relations Director to Financial Advisor Jon Galvez, Kelly plays an essential role in supporting both the strategic and client-facing sides of the business. She ensures every client’s experience is seamless—organizing materials, scheduling appointments, and managing thoughtful follow-ups with care and precision. Her organized, client-first approach helps create an environment where families feel valued and confident throughout their financial journey.

Before joining Encompass More, Kelly spent over 16 years in luxury retail, most recently as Regional Client Development Manager overseeing more than 20 stores across North America. Her leadership in client engagement and relationship management continues to shape the way she connects with clients today—combining professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

What Kelly enjoys most is being part of something that truly makes a difference in people’s lives. Working alongside her spouse, Jon, allows her to see how the right financial guidance brings clarity and peace of mind to families. Outside of work, she’s passionate about faith, family, and creativity, and together she and her husband serve in their church ministry—helping others grow spiritually and build meaningful community. Kelly approaches every day with gratitude and purpose, dedicated to creating experiences that leave clients feeling supported, cared for, and truly seen.
