About Janae

Janae Bonner serves as Director of Advisor Services at Encompass More Group, where she leads advisor onboarding and ongoing support. She ensures that each advisor has the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed. From systems access and service coordination to troubleshooting and process improvement, Janae is a central point of contact who helps streamline operations and enhance the overall advisor experience.

She began her career in advisor support in 2019, starting as a contracting consultant and quickly moving into roles in new business and advisor relations. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of the back-office side of financial services and helped shape her strategic, hands-on approach to advisor support. Janae specializes in onboarding workflows and relationship management with a strong focus on efficiency and responsiveness.

Janae enjoys building genuine relationships with advisors and finding practical solutions that improve their day-to-day. She thrives in fast-paced environments where every day brings a new challenge or opportunity to make things better.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring local events, hiking, and going to brunch with friends. Her energy and passion for improvement carry through in everything she does, making her a valued and reliable resource for the teams she supports.
