About Don
Don Marino is a financial advisor who combines personal experience with professional expertise to guide clients on their financial journeys. His inspiration came from his own story—realizing later in life that despite having a 401(k) and dabbling in stocks and crypto, he wasn’t fully prepared for retirement. That realization sparked a passion to help others avoid the same pitfalls and build confidence through proper money management and diversification.Â
After years of trading stocks on his own, Don officially entered the financial services industry in 2025. Today, he holds his Series 65 license, qualifying him as both a financial advisor and fiduciary, as well as an insurance license that allows him to provide clients with Life Insurance, Annuities, Mutual Funds, and Indexed Universal Life solutions. Backed by the support of the Encompass More team, Don is committed to designing personalized strategies that align with each client’s goals and long-term vision.Â
At the heart of Don’s approach is listening. He takes the time to understand what his clients truly want, then builds a plan to help them get there—whether that means building wealth, preparing for retirement, or protecting loved ones. Clients value his honesty, proactive communication, and follow-through, knowing he will keep them informed and always put their best interests first.Â
Outside of work, Don and his wife enjoy the best of Las Vegas—shows, dining, concerts, golf, and cheering on their Raiders with season passes. A lifelong sports fan, he also supports the Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins, Celtics, and Golden Knights. An avid traveler who has visited 44 states and 10 countries, Don brings openness and curiosity into every client relationship. He is also a member of the Screen Actors Guild, the Southbridge Italian Club, and a student pilot.Â
Above all, Don’s greatest joy comes from spending time with his four children and grandchildren. Guided by the Golden Rule and his personal philosophy, “There’s only one way to find out,” he approaches life and advising with honesty, empathy, and a deep commitment to helping others succeed.Â
