As Director of Business Development, Cortney works closely with financial advisors to identify meaningful growth opportunities, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure the firm’s platform evolves to support each advisor’s long-term goals. She also leads a high-performing sales team dedicated to providing consistent, scalable support across markets, empowering advisors to build their businesses with clarity and confidence.

Before transitioning into financial services, Cortney spent five years in pharmaceutical sales, including leadership roles that shaped her expertise in consultative selling, strategic relationship management, and team development. That foundation, paired with a Master’s Degree in Management from Saint Mary’s College, enables her to bring a thoughtful, results-driven mindset to the financial services industry.

Cortney’s strengths include strategic sales planning, market expansion, and building systems that scale. She brings a data-informed, advisor-first approach to business development and is currently pursuing financial certifications to further deepen her industry expertise.
