About Angie
Angelica Jean-Bart serves as Client Relations Director for Gregory Tomczak, bringing extensive experience in financial services, team development, and client support. Born in Ecuador and raised in the United States, Angelica’s path into the financial industry was shaped by witnessing the financial knowledge gap many immigrant families face. Determined to create a different future for her own family and others, she began her licensing journey in 2009 while expecting her first child, with a mission to help families pursue long-term financial goals through education and thoughtful planning.
With extensive experience in the financial services industry, Angelica has supported individuals, families, and business owners through education, licensing, and client service support. She holds the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 6, 63, and 26 licenses, is a Registered Representative, and serves as a State of New Jersey Life Insurance Instructor. She is currently pursuing her Series 65. Angelica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Biology from Rutgers University, strengthening her understanding of behavior, decision-making, and the emotional side of financial planning.
In her current role, Angelica assists clients and team members with retirement accounts, IRA rollovers, and investment strategies. She ensures accurate documentation, conducts account reviews, and provides clear summaries to help clients confidently manage their financial lives. She also mentors team members through financial products and regulatory processes, helping them serve clients with professionalism and precision.
Angelica works primarily with individuals, families, and small business owners, building lasting relationships through consistent communication, transparency, and empathy. She takes time to understand each client’s goals, values, and life circumstances, believing that trust is the foundation of meaningful financial guidance.
Deeply committed to giving back, Angelica serves on the Board of Directors of Casa Freehold, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families in the community. She is also actively involved in local outreach initiatives and personally sponsors a young child and her single mother, offering ongoing support and encouragement. Community service is an important part of who she is and reflects her belief that true success is measured not only by professional achievement but by the positive impact made in the lives of others.
What sets Angelica apart is her culturally aware, people-centered approach. Being bilingual and deeply connected to diverse communities allows her to serve families with authenticity and care. Angelica believes financial advising is about stewardship, trust, and helping families navigate long-term planning and financial decisions across generations.
