About Christina
Christina Lawrence didn’t set out to simply manage money. From the beginning, she was drawn to something deeper—helping people make sense of their lives through their finances and creating calm in areas that often feel overwhelming.
Partnering with her mother, Joan Constantikes, since becoming an advisor in 2000, Christina’s financial planning experience is extensive. She spent many years working in San Diego, New York City, San Francisco, Silicon Valley as well as living abroad in Madrid after completing her MBA in International Business from The Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona. Christina brings both a global perspective and a highly personal approach to financial planning. As a third-generation financial professional, she understands that money is about far more than numbers—it reflects your family, your values, and the future you’re working to build.
In addition to her MBA, Christina holds Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses, along with Long-Term Care, Life, and Health insurance licenses. She earned her BA in Spanish Studies and Psychology from The American University in Washington, D.C.
Through her work with Encompass More, Christina helps individuals, families, and business owners bring clarity to complex financial situations. She specializes in five pillars of planning; taxes, retirement income, investments, long term care and legacy planning —connecting each moving part into one thoughtful, cohesive plan with solutions that clients can understand and act on with confidence.
She is especially passionate about helping families have more meaningful conversations about money—guiding multiple generations toward shared goals while preparing the next generation to carry those values forward with confidence. That passion inspired her to create MyFinancePowerUp, a financial coaching platform designed to simplify finances and empower smarter decision-making.
Outside of work, Christina enjoys life in San Diego with her husband, Piers, traveling the coastline, hosting friends and colleagues at The University Club, and staying connected to causes she cares deeply about.
Her philosophy is simple: listen first, understand what matters most, and build a strategy around the life you want to live. Whether preparing for retirement, navigating a major life transition, or planning for future generations, Christina strives to be a steady and trusted partner every step of the way.
For Christina, this work is about more than finances—it’s about helping people create a life and future that truly encompasses what matters most.
