She ensures the back-end processes run smoothly by organizing and maintaining the operational infrastructure that supports advisor business, allowing them to focus on delivering exceptional client service.
With 18 years of experience in financial services, Rochelle brings a deep understanding of the industry to her role. Her career has included work in new business processing, advisor recruiting, onboarding, contracting, and time as a licensed insurance agent. This well-rounded background enables her to anticipate advisor needs and keep operations running efficiently.
Rochelle is especially skilled in data organization, time management, and workflow systems. Her ability to manage details while keeping the bigger picture in mind helps drive consistency, accuracy, and progress across the firm.
