Joseph Gutierrez is a driven associate financial advisor with a deep commitment to helping others achieve lasting financial security. His interest in investment advising was sparked by a personal experience—watching the toll that his grandparents’ assisted living expenses took on his parents, both emotionally and financially. That moment left a lasting impression and inspired Joseph to pursue a career where he could make a real difference. Today, he’s focused on helping families prepare for life’s unexpected challenges with care, clarity, and long-term vision.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Psychology from SUNY Albany in 2024 and has since dedicated himself to building a career rooted in education, trust, and long-term impact. Joseph holds his Series 65 and SIE licenses and is also licensed in life and health insurance (2-14 and 2-40). These credentials allow him to provide a wide range of investment and insurance solutions tailored to individual needs.

In his current role as an associate advisor, he is focused on learning every aspect of the profession through hands-on mentorship with seasoned advisor Jason Thornton. He’s eager to grow his own book of business and is especially passionate about working with individuals who are ready to take control of their financial futures with a determined, young advisor by their side.

Now based in Orlando, Florida, he enjoys exploring his new city—whether it’s discovering restaurants or walking around Lake Eola. He hopes to give back to the local community in the future, just as he did through soup kitchens and bake sales back in New York.
