Jon Miller is a financial advisor with a strong entrepreneurial background and a deep commitment to serving clients with integrity and transparency. Based in the Chicagoland area, Jon brings years of hands-on business management experience to his advisory work, offering strategic guidance to both individuals and business owners across the country.  

Jon holds a Series 65 license as well as life and health insurance credentials. At Encompass More, he plays a key role in the firm’s retirement plan and business services division, focusing on 401(k) implementation, financial wellness initiatives, and investment planning. His dual expertise in business operations and financial advising allows him to deliver solutions that are both practical and tailored, helping clients navigate decisions with clarity and long-term focus.  

Jon is known for his direct, results-oriented approach. He emphasizes proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and realistic strategies that align with each client’s goals. His focus on underrepresented and blue-collar professionals reflects his belief that everyone deserves access to quality financial guidance.  

Outside the office, Jon leads a life grounded in faith, family, and community service. He is a proud husband and devoted father to four children, whom he and his wife homeschool together. Beyond his advisory work, Jon operates a successful Southern-style catering business—a venture that reflects his entrepreneurial spirit and love for hospitality. He also serves in leadership at his church, participates in nonprofit outreach programs, and regularly volunteers at youth camps and community initiatives focused on service and empowerment.
